To be able to inject for the advanced date, you must bring one dissolving model, one filler-injecting model (temple or tear trough), and hold a valid New Hampshire state licence. If you cannot meet these pre-requisites by the course date, please choose the non-injecting option when booking.

Cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your arrangements. Please see below for our terms on how to handle your cancellations and amendments:

• All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable.

• All cancellations must be made in writing to delegates@smileworks-hub.co.uk.

• If the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks notice, it is free of charge to rebook the training session at a later date.

• If the cancellation is made within 2 weeks or less, rebooking will cost the full fee.
