Any online learning must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to a hands-on course date.

Additional costs will be added to hands-on locations outside of Liverpool. This fee will be taken upon completion of the online learning when reserving the date and location. See the course dates page for the prices of each date.

Note that as the hands-on sessions are very popular, we cannot hold spots without completing the online course and spaces are on a first come first serve basis.

Cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your arrangements. Please see below for our terms on how to handle your cancellations and amendments:

• All sales are final.

• All cancellations must be made in writing to delegates@smileworks-hub.co.uk.

• Rescheduling more than 2 weeks before the hands-on session will incur a £200 rescheduling fee.

• Rescheduling within 2 weeks of the hands-on session will require a payment of the full session fee as the online course perquisites are significant, and the place cannot be filled at such short notice.
