Cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your arrangements. Please see below for our terms on how to handle your cancellations and amendments.

• All sales are final.

• All cancellations must be made in writing to delegates@smileworks-hub.co.uk.

• Rescheduling more than 2 weeks before the hands-on session will incur a £200 rescheduling fee.

• Rescheduling within 2 weeks of the hands-on session will require a payment of the full session fee as the online course perquisites are significant, and the place cannot be filled at such short notice.
