All course bookings at the smileworks hub are confirmed upon purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Requests made more than 2 weeks prior to the hands-on session will incur a £200 rescheduling fee.

Requests made within 2 weeks of the hands-on session will require payment of the full session fee, as course components and allocated places cannot be reassigned at short notice.
