  Cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your arrangements. Please see below for our terms on how to handle your cancellations and amendments:

  • All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing to delegates@smileworks-hub.co.uk.
  • If the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks notice, it is free of charge to rebook the training session at a later date.
  • If the cancellation is made within 4 weeks or less, rebooking will cost the full fee.
